If your application looks right, you get an email saying so — this is not yet the same as being live.

By email or WhatsApp, to confirm the details and work out what you'll be listing.

Your products go live

Once you're approved, our team lists your products for you — no separate seller login needed.

What to expect

  • A patient or reader pays through the site, the same checkout used for every other purchase here. A commission on each sale — the exact rate is confirmed with you once you're approved — supports running the platform; the rest is settled to you.
  • There is no separate seller dashboard to learn — send us your products (photos, prices, stock) and our team lists them for you, the same way every other product on the site is added.

Terms for sellers

  • We review before anything is listed. Applying is not an agreement to sell. We check this is a real business we can vouch for to our readers, and we contact you to confirm the details. Approval and going live are two separate steps.
  • A commission is taken on each sale. The exact rate is confirmed with you once you are approved. The rest of each sale is settled to you.
  • Our team lists your products for you. There is no separate seller dashboard to learn. You send us photos, prices and stock, and we put them on the site.
