Shipping & Delivery

Digital products — PDF books, courses, notes and audio lessons — are delivered instantly and electronically. There is no physical shipment, no delivery address, and no shipping charge.

The moment your payment succeeds, the item unlocks in your account and stays in your library to open whenever you sign in. Books are read one protected, watermarked page at a time in the in-browser reader; courses open lesson by lesson. Nothing is posted and nothing is downloadable as a whole file.

If an item does not appear in your library within a few minutes of a successful payment, write to drmohangayenofficial@gmail.com or use the contact page with your order number, and we will put it right.

Where a printed edition is offered (paperback or hardcover), it is a physical parcel and is posted to the delivery address you give at checkout. Digital and printed are separate: buying a printed copy does not include the digital one, or the other way round, unless the page says so.

To be confirmed: Dispatch and delivery for printed books are set by Dr Mohan: typical dispatch time, the courier/postal service used, delivery estimate by region, any shipping charge, and the areas served. These appear at checkout for a printed item and should be confirmed here before printed sales begin.

A consultation is not shipped — it is a reserved time with the doctor, joined online at the appointed slot. Details of how to join are sent to you after booking.

This applies once consultations open. They are switched off today.
