Delete your account
You can close your account yourself, at any time, from either the website or the app. This page explains exactly what happens to your data — including the records we are obliged to keep.
How to delete your account
- Sign in, then open Account → Security. In the app, the same screen is under your account menu.
- Choose Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm with your password. The account is closed immediately.
There is no waiting period and no way to undo it. If you sign up again later with the same email address, you start with a completely new, empty account.
Deleted immediately
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your password and any linked Google/GitHub sign-in
- Your profile details, photo and bio
- Your cart and wishlist
- Every signed-in session, on every device
- Your subscription to any email updates
Kept, because the law requires it
- Medical records — consultation notes, prescriptions and reports. A doctor is required to retain these for a set period; they cannot be deleted on request.
- Payment records — orders and invoices, kept as tax and accounting records.
These are detached from any account you can log into, and are not used to contact you or for any other purpose.
Can’t sign in?
If you have lost access to your account, email us from the address you registered with and we will verify and close it for you. drmohangayenofficial@gmail.com
