One account, one person. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has it.

You need to be accurate about who you are. Registering as a doctor when you are not is not a small thing here — verified clinicians can see patient records.

Buying a book or a course gives you the right to read it. It does not transfer ownership, and it is not a licence to redistribute.

Digital books are protected and watermarked. Sharing your copy, stripping the protection, or re-uploading it elsewhere ends your access without a refund — and the watermark makes the source of a leaked copy identifiable.

A subscription unlocks one academy for as long as it is paid up. It covers courses published later in that academy, and it does not cover the other academy.

Everything in the medical academy is educational. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a doctor who has examined you. Read the medical disclaimer — it matters more than the rest of this page.

The assistant is a study tool. It can be wrong, and it is explicitly told not to give patient-specific medical advice or diagnose anyone. Do not rely on it for a clinical decision, and do not paste another person’s identifiable health information into it.

The English tutor will not write a student’s graded homework or exam answer. It teaches them how to build the answer.

Do not attack the site, scrape it wholesale, try to reach other people’s data, or use it to break the law. We rate-limit and log, and we will cut off an account that does.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include what is stated at checkout. Refunds are covered by the refunds policy. Payments are in test mode today: no real money moves.

We will fix what we can and refund what we should. But this is an education platform run by a working doctor, not an emergency service: we cannot promise the site is never down, and nothing here should sit between a person and urgent care.

To be confirmed: A limitation-of-liability clause and a governing-law/jurisdiction clause belong here (in India, usually the courts of a named city). Both need a lawyer’s words, not mine — this is the clause that decides what happens when something goes badly wrong.

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after that means the new terms apply.
