Book an online consultation

Choose a verified doctor, pick a time that suits you, and speak to them by video. Your joining link is emailed to you and opens at your appointment time.

This is not for emergencies

If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, a seriously unwell child, or thoughts of harming yourself β€” call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital now. Do not wait for an appointment.

A video consultation also cannot examine you, take your blood pressure or listen to your chest. If a doctor needs to do any of those, they will tell you to be seen in person β€” a home visit is one way to arrange that.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Choose a doctor

Filter by speciality or search by name. Every doctor here is verified, with their fee shown up front.

  2. Step 2

    Pick a time

Open a doctor's available times and take one. Slots already taken are not shown.

  3. Step 3

    Pay and confirm

Your slot is held while you pay. The joining link is emailed to you and opens at the appointment time.

Why you need to sign in to book

  • Your joining link is emailed to you. The link for the video consultation is sent to the email address you sign in with, and it opens at your appointment time. Without an account there is no address to send it to and no way to let you back in if you lose the email.
  • The consultation room only opens for you and your doctor. Being signed in is what proves the appointment is yours. Nobody else who has the link can get in.
  • Your prescription and records stay yours. Anything the doctor writes, and any report you upload, sits in your account where you can open it again later.

Signing up takes an email address and a password. Please use an inbox you actually read β€” that is where the appointment and the joining link go.
