Choose from the doctor's published hours. At least 3 hours' notice, up to 14 days ahead.

The full price — fee, travel and any charges — is shown before payment. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.

A doctor cannot be listed here until their council registration number has been checked by a person. The number and the council are shown on every profile so you can check it yourself.
No hidden charges, ever
The doctor's fee, the travel charge and any taxes are all itemised and shown before you pay. That is the full amount — nothing more is added afterwards, and the doctor is never paid in cash at your door.
Your details stay private
Your address and the reason for the visit are encrypted. They are readable only by you and by the team arranging the visit.

Before you book
- Visits need at least 3hours’ notice and can be booked up to 14 days ahead. Your slot is held for 15 minutes while you pay.
- Cancel more than 12 hours before the visit for a full refund. Later than that, a refund is at our discretion — the doctor may already be on their way.
- A home visit is a consultation, not a hospital. Investigations, procedures and admission are not part of it; the doctor will tell you if you need them.
- This service is not for emergencies. In an emergency call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.
