Refunds & Cancellations

Write to drmohangayenofficial@gmail.com or use the contact page, with your order number and what went wrong. A person reads it — there is no form to fight with.

A digital book is delivered the instant your payment succeeds: access is granted immediately and cannot be handed back the way a parcel can. So refunds here are for when something is wrong — a file that will not open, a book that is not what the page described, or a duplicate charge.

Seven days, if you have not opened it. If you buy a book and have not read a page, ask within seven days and we will refund it in full.

Once a book has been opened in the reader, it is not refundable. That is not meanness — a digital book cannot be handed back, and a refund after reading is simply a free copy. The first 20% of every book is readable free, before you pay, precisely so you can judge it.

Every course section opens with a free lesson so you can judge the teaching before paying. That is deliberate — we would rather you decide before than ask afterwards.

Seven days, if you are under 20% through. Start a course, decide it is not for you, and ask within seven days — as long as you have not completed more than a fifth of the lessons.

Beyond that you have had the substance of the course, and the refund window closes.

A subscription unlocks a whole academy for a period. You are charged once per period, and the platform refuses to charge you twice for a period you have already paid for.

Seven days from the start of a period. If you subscribe and change your mind within a week, and have not worked through more than a fifth of any course in it, we refund that period in full. After seven days, a period that has begun is not refunded — but nothing renews without you, so you are never charged for a month you did not ask for.

To be confirmed: One honest caveat: the software has no automatic renewal and no self-service cancel button yet. Nothing recurs, so nothing can bill you by surprise — but until cancellation is built, ending a subscription means writing to us, and we do it by hand.

A consultation is a doctor’s reserved time. If you cannot attend, tell us as early as you can, and it can be moved.

24 hours before the appointment, in full.Cancel with a day’s notice and you are refunded completely.

Inside 24 hours, the slot has been held for you and other patients turned away, so it is not refunded — though if something serious happened, write to us and a person will read it. If you do not attend and do not tell us, the consultation is not refunded.

If the doctor cancels, you are always refunded in full, whenever it happens, and we will offer you another time first.

This applies once consultations open. They are switched off today.

If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged for something you never received, tell us and we will return it in full. That is not a concession — it is simply your money.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, not on us.

We decide within 3 working days and tell you either way. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — the same card, UPI or account the money came from. We cannot send it anywhere else.

Once we release it, it usually appears in 5 to 7 working days. That last stretch is your bank’s, not ours.

The platform is in test mode: no real money moves, and nothing here has been exercised with a real payment. When the payment gateway goes live, this page will be reviewed and dated again.
